HOV Law’s main office sits on West Central Boulevard in the heart of downtown Orlando, close enough to the Orange County Courthouse and the Ninth Judicial Circuit that our attorneys walk over for hearings, filings, and motions. This is the office Serge Hovhanessian opened when he founded the firm, and it remains the base for the entire legal team, including Attorney Richard Arena.
Both personal injury and criminal defense matters are handled from this location.
